$48,100.00 in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid �3234 of said bidders, such bids being the lowest bids
received and said bidders being reasonable and reliable bidders, and the Corporatinn
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper forms of contracts therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contracts on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
