RESOLVED� By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, and upon
the recommendation of the Saint Paul Long-Range Capital Improvement
� Budget Committee , that the Capital Improvement Budget for theCity
! of Saint Paul for 1968, as heretofore adopted by this Council, as
amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars :
� 1. That in said Budget under "Public Buildings - Libraries "
� the item formerly designated ��Hudson and Ruth Library" and now �
� designated ��Sun-Ray Library" the allocation be increased from �217, 500
to �280, 000.
2. That there be added to the Capital Improvement Budget for 1g68,
as amended, an item entitled, "West Side Swimming Pool, " with an
allocation of �50,000.
3. That the item entitled "Rice and Arlington Recreation
Building and Site Development" be reduced from �224,480 to �111, 980.
