RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account
of the General Fund the sum of $2 ,100 .00 be paid Eugene Preston
in full settlement of his claim against the City of St. Paul for
compensation resulting from his injury of October 4, 1967 , while
employed by the Department of Public Works , whereby he suffered
a 10� permanent partial disability to his back ; that of said sum
$2 ,100 .00 is now due and payable.
This rescinds Council Resolution No. 241125 , adopted and
approved by the Council on November 29 , 1968.
