REAS, The City of Saint Paul and �he County of
Ramsey, in response to Formal Bid No. 3152, received pro-
posals for the purchase and development of the Ancker
Hospital land ; and
WHEREAS, Rothschild Properties , Inc . submitted the
proposal being most advantageous and beneficial to the City
of Saint Paul and County of Ramsey, which bid has been with-
drawn by the said Rothschild Properties , Inc. , which requests
the immediate return of its bid bond; now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby concurs in the action of the Board of Ramsey Coun.t y
Commissioners as set forth in its Resolution No . 9—g423,
File No. 1529, a copy of which is hereto attached, marked
"Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by reference, and said
Gouncil hereby directs that all bids other than the said
Rothschild bid, which has been withdrawn, in response to
Formal Bid No . 3152 for the purchase and development of
Ancker Hospital land, be rejected� and the Purchasing
Agent is hereby directed forthwith to return the bid
bonds and�or certified checks of all of the bidders .
