out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of October 29 , 1967 , ,�
while employed by the Department of Public Safety , Bureau of ,
Fire Protection, whereby he suffered a 5� permanent partial
disability to the right little finger, a 5� permanent partial
disability to the left thumb , and a 5� permanent partial disa-
bility to the right and left ring fingers ; that of said sum,
$465 . 75 is now due and payable.
