WHERSAS, The Contr�ctor has proseartad the work diligently but due to
an unususl anount of inclement westher,it was not posafble to complete the
contract by said date of completion, therefore be it
� X, � RBSOLVED, That the pmpnr City Off icials be-and they are heraby author-
� � ized and directed to execute an a�endnent to said contract extending thQ time
� of completion to June 30, 1969, provided howaver, that thie resolution shall
hane no force or effect unless the suretie� on the CoAtractor's bond consent
thereto and f ile such consent in writing with the City Comptroller, and be it

for liquidated damages and that no engineering and inspection cos.ts on this
