�� RSSOLVED, That the proper Citq Officials b� and they are- hernby author-
ized and directed to execute an a�endment to said contraet estending the time
of completion to Jur�a 30, 1969,, provided however, that this resolution shall
have no force or effect unlesa the sureties on the Contractor's bond consent
thereto and file such consent i� writing with the City Comptroller, and be it
Ft�RTHER RASOLVED, That the Citq of Saint Fanl hereby waives all claie
for liquidated demages �and that no engineering and inspection costs on this
project will be charged to the Contractor for snch extended period.
