Avenue to Fierce Bntler Ronte, T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc., Contractor,
the specifi�d date• of completion is October 30, 1968, and
WHER$AS, The Contractor has prosecuted the-work diligently but due to
an unusual amount of inclement weather it was not. possible to complete the
contract by said date� of co�pletion, therefore be� it �
RSSOLVED� That the- proper City Officials be and they are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute an amendment to said contract estending the ti�e
of co�pletion to Jun� 30, 1969, provided however, that this resolution shall

�`�� � thereto and file such consent in writing With the City Comptroller, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Citq of Saint P�eul hereby waives all claim
for liquidated damages and that no engineering snd inspection costs on thie
project will be charged to the Contractor for euch egtended period.
