in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the above described alley in Lot
6 of the Pioneer Real Estate and Building Societq�s Subdivision of N � of� NW'�, Sec. 22,
T. 29, R. 22. G-1868 -
under Preliminary Order 239�83 approver] August 9, 1968
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. .
- 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is � - ��
to open, widen and extend an alley by condemning and taking a parcel of land described
as follows: The East 20 ft. of the West 175 tt. _ot the South 352 ft., and the East 20
ft. of the West 195 ft. of the North 20 ft. of the South 332 ft. Lot. 6� . The Pioneer

Also, in the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land neceasarq for the

with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is $ 450.00 - � . •
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 3rd day of
da��a��-��6q , at the hour of 10 o'clock A:M., in the Council Chamber of the Court -
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of F�nance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provicled by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. _
