The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: � '
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted,�and the said improvement
is hereby.ordered to be proceeded with. • �
2. That the nature of the unprovement which the Council recommends is ' �
to open, widen and extend RELLOGG BLDD. to a width of 91 feet from Main Street to

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 3rd day of
January_, 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A:M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
, House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Fi.nance give notice of -
