• RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Contract
Co�ittee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, tools,
equipment, materials and supplies necessary to complete the construction of the
PARK STREET - MAGNOLIA AVENUE STORM RELIEF SEWER SYSTEM, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
to PETER LAMETTI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY for the contract price of $118,456.73
(which includes 11 Water SerIIice Trenches at $120.00 each) (Plus Engineering
and Inspection Charge - $20,150.00 and Water Main Relocation Charge - $500.00)
in accordance with plans and specifications therefor hereto attached.and
Formal Bid ��3231 of said Peter Lametti Construction Company, such bid being
the lowest and said bidder being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and herebp is directed to draft the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul. .
