RESOLVED, That resolution, C. F. No. 240873, approved -�
November 7, 1968, be and the same is hereby amended by sub–
stituting the attached two assessment rolls for the assessment
roll that was adopted and approved by the Council pursuant to
the said resolution, C. F. No. 240873, said assessment roll
pertaining to the costs incurred by the City of Saint Paul in
the wrecking and removing of the hazardous building located
at 217 McBoal Street and 219 MeBoal Street as more particularly
described in said assessment roll, and the City Clerk is
instructed to transmit a certified copy of the assessment rolls,
as amended, to the County Auditor to be extended on the proper
tax lists of the Coun.ty, and such assessments shall be collected
and paid over in the same man.ner as other municipal taxes.

RESOLVED, That the proposed assessment roll, a eopy of whieh
is attached hereto and made a part hereof� be and the eame is
hereby in all reapects ratified, aocepted and adopted, and shall
constitute the special aseeesment against the lands named therein;
