WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota possesses a relatively small
tract of vacant la.nd at the southwest corner of St. Anthony and Prior
Avenues, legally described as:
Part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 7, Merriam Re-Arrangement of
Merriam Park (as to Blocks 7, 8, 9, 10 & 16)
which it agrees to lease to the City of Saint Paul for twelve months at
a cost to the City of One Dollar ($1. 00), the land to be used for play�
ground purposes; therefore be it
RESOLVED That the proper City officers be and they are hereby
authorized and,directed to execute Lease Agreement S. P. 6282 (392)
902 =�= 90»458, Parcel No. 71, 72 & 73 (pt. ), for the lease of said land
for a period of 12 months commencing the first day of November 1968,
