RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be authorized to purchase for the
Bureau of Health from Profexray Division of Litton Industries
automatic film processing equipment in the amount of $4,932.00 as a
patented item and an emergency under Section 291 of the G`harter of
the City of Saint Paul. Ftznds will be provided by the U.S. Public
Health Service and the Ramsey County Tuberculosis and Respiratory
Disease Association. Present equipment has deteriorated to the
point where �an immediate replacement must be made and Profexray ca.n
make fi�ediate replacement. '
