RESOLVED, That the Counctl hereby concurs in the aaard of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing, delivering and leasing to the City
of Saint Paul, Depattment of Public Safety, for a period of twenty-four months, to
the Buresu of Police, effective January 29, 1969, 20 New 1969 Model Compact Automobiles,
at a cost per month per car of $71.50, and 1 New 1969 Van Bua at a cost per month of
$83.00, and to the Bureau of Health, effective on date of delivery, 2 Model 1969 2-door
Sedans at a cost per month of $98.50, to A A A LEASING, INC. for the contract price of
$41,040.00, in accordance with City specifications and their Formal Bid �3186, such bid
being the lowest and said bidder, being a reasonable and reliable one, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract
therefor and the proper officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract.
