a gasoline filling station on property located on the east side o�f
White Bear Avenue between Interstate 94 and Burns Avenue, more
particularly described as follows:

as follows: Commencing .at the southwest
- corner of said S.W. �/4 of section, thence
north along said west line 380.0 feet;

to be described; thence north 3° 25t 45"
east, 121. 28 feet to a point 105.0 feet east ' �
