WHEREAS, Saint Pau1 Parks and Recreation is having it s Annual
Division Conference on Tuesday, October S, 2005 from 9 a.m. to
1 p.m. at Harriet Island Pavilion; and
WHEREAS, Saint Pau1 Parks and Recreation has required all full
time employees to attend; and

Pau1 Parks and Recreation is requesting permission
$400 to provide snacks and beverages for all
9 WHEREAS the public purpose of the conference is to: 1) provide
10 training, 2) specific project updates, 3) coordination of
11 initiatives, and 4) recognition for performance achievements.
12 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Saint Paul Parks and Recreation is
13 authorized to expend up to $4�0 of city funds on snacks and
14 beverages for those in attendance of the conference.

Harriet Island Picnic Pavilion. This is an opportunity to provide haining and recognition for performauce achievements for all the 300
full time employees.
