WHEREAS, The Council. of the City of Saint Paul is informed
by the Commissioner of Public Safety that a nuisarice exists c¢�
the property located at Ford Parkway, area between Ford Union Ha11
and Colemaiz's Restaurant, in the City of Saint Paul for which the
owner of record is Glen Triviski, which nuisance constitutes a
hazard to the public health, welfare and safety; and
WHEREAS, Such nuisance more pa�ticularly coa�,sists of an
accumulation of trash, which harbors rodents , vermin, and other
noxious animals and things; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 374 of �Che Charter of �the
City of Saint Paul, and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code 24 hours' notice has been gi�en to the owner
of such property demanding that such nuisance be removed; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Commissioner
of Public Safety the Commissioner of Publ.ic Works is hereby
directed to summarily and forthwith remove the said nuisance,
the cost of such removal. to be charged agains� Fund No. 0979;
and be it
FURTI-IER RESOLVED, That the Commi.ssioner of Public
Safetp is directed to ascertain the cost of such removal. and
to forward the same to the County Auditor on or before October
1 of the year in which ascertained, for col.lection in the same
manner as taxes against said p�operty.
