COUNCI RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

COMMISSIONE
Whereas, The Council of the City of Saint Paul is informed
by the Commissioner of Public Safety that a nuisance exists on
the property located directly east of 1025 So. Cleveland (vacant
lot) , in the City of Sai.nt Paul for which the owner of record is
Jascha Nemer, which nuisance constitutes a hazard to the public
health, welfare and safety; and
WHEREAS, Such ni�isance more particularly consists of an
accumulation of lumber�and trash and an overgrowth of weeds , �
which harbors rodents, vermin, and o'ther noxious animals and
things ; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 374 of the Charter of the
City of Saint Paul, and Section 265.52 of the.Saint Pau].
Legislative Code 24 hours' notice has been given to the owner _
of such property demanding that such nuisance �be removed; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon -the recommendation of the Commissioner
of Pub].ic Safety the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby
directed to summarily and forthwith remove the said nuisance,
the cost of such removal to be charged agains't Fund No. 0979;
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the CorAmissioner ot Publ.ic
Safety is directed to ascertai.n the cost of such removal and
to fo�ward the same to the County Auditor on or before October
1 of the year in which ascertained, for collection in the same
manner as taxes against aaid property.
