RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and erecting a Self-supporting

Antenna Tower in the rear of the Public Safety Building, 101 E. Tenth Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, to RADIO CORPORATION OF AMERICA, for the Depar trnent of Public Safety, for the
contract price of $6,522.00, in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid ��3221 of said Radio Corporation of America, said
bid being the lowest bid received meeting specifications and said Radio Corporation of
America being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
Officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
