curbing; by constructing street, alley and driveway returns; by constructing

� facilities; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections; by
reconstructing a traffic control system; and by doing all other work which
is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement under Preliminary
Order C.F. 240309, approved September 24, 1968 and Final Order C.F. 240757,
approved .October 29, 1968.
� RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as prepared by Ramsey
�, County (County Project No: 62-630-12) are hereby approved and Ramsey County
is hereby authorized to advertise for bids.
