WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul has duly
,�canvassed the returns of the votes cast on the Board of
"Education of Independent School District No. 625 Bond Election
`at the Special Election held in said City on the 5th day of
�November, 1g68; and
� WHEREAS, It appears from said returns and the oanvass
thereof that 58, g60 electors voted in favor of the approval
of said Bond Election and 39,482 electors voted against the
approval thereof; and
WHEREAS, Minn. Stat. 1967 Sec. 475. 58 provides that a
majority of the votes �cast at the election on the q,uestion
must approve the Bond Election before said Bond Election
becomes effective; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Board of Education of Independent
School District No. 625 Bond Election is hereby declared to
� have received the necessary majority of votes cast and,
therefore, to have been approved.
