PAUL FOENCIL N0, ��0`�� OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK � NCIL R � ION-GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY � - COMMISSIONE DATF i � RESOLVED� By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, a � that it hereby authorizes the Shrine Circus, acting through its contractor, ' the Denesen Company, to erect an aluminum canopy egtending from the n.ortherly entrance of Lindsay School on Sherman Street, which canopy will extend from the school structure over a public sidewalk and boulevard to the curb line ; upon completion of the aforesaid installa- tion, the canopy, together with appurtenances thereto, shall ; belong to and be subject to the supervision� cont rol and ' maintenance of the School Board of Independent School . � District No. 625; the aforesaid installation shall be jinstalled to the satisfaction of the Consulting .Architect lof the School Board and to the satisfaction of the Chief Engineer of the Public Works Department; as a condition of the aforesaid installation and gift by the Shrine Circus to the City of Saint �Paul and to the School Board of Independen.t School District No . 625, said School Board agrees to protect and save harmless the City against any claims or actions arising out of or as a result . of the construction., erection, operation and maintenan.ce of the aforementioned canopy structure.
