The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. � That the sa,id report and the.same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to ,condemn and take an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and
fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder
thereof, occasioned by excavafions thereof or construction of slopes in the grading
. and surfacing with bituminous material ROSE �AVENITE from Virginia Street to Farrington
Street, also changingthe grade of Rose Avenue from Virginia Street to Farrington .
Street, to conform to the grade as shown on the profile on file in the Department
of Public Works, in accordance with the blueprint hereto attached and made a part
