Resolved, That upon the petition o4
Duane�Harrington, et al, that section
of public alley hereinafter described
be and the same is hereby vacated and ,
_ discontinued as a pub]ic alley: • -
That part of the north-south alley ',
in Block 2, "Strub's Addition" to
the City of St.Paul,from the north �
line of Cottage Avenue to the.south .
' line of Sherwood Avenue; also that
part oP the east-west al�ey in said
Block 2 from the north-south alley
in said Block 2 to the west line of
Lot 21, extended northerly, in said
Block 2; '
subject expressly to the following con-
ditions and reservations:
1. That the vacation be subject to
all the terms and conditions of
_ Section 228 of the Legislative
Code; -
2. That specific easements be re-
tained to protect the interests oP
the Northern States Power Com-
pany and the Northwestern Bell •
Telephone Company;
3. That the petitioner provide the
City with a bond in the amount
oP $1,000 and pay to tl�e City the
sum of $1,700 as compensation for
, the vacation.
