PAUL FOENCIL NO. , OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK C UNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE ' ATF WfiEREAS, The Assistant Executive Director of the Ramsey County Welfare Department on October 22, �.g68 has reported to the Welfare 8udget Advisory Committee an estimated December 3�, �-968 balance of �91,OOg.00; and WIiEREAS, This projected balance is based on a substan– � tially larger receipt than was received in any of the pre�rious quarters ; and WHEREAS, The City Comptroller, in his "Probe" report as of September 30 , ig68 has also projected a year–end balance contingent upon the estimated receipts actually being received; and ' WHEREAS, The Council is concerned about the status of the Welfare Board funds and wishes to be currently informed, therefore be it , RESOLVED, That the Council requests the Assistant Egecutive Director of the Ramsey County Welfare Department to furnish said Council with weekly status reports consis�ing _. of the following: b Weekly report of projections of expenditures and encum– brances through the end of the year; Weekly report of projections of receipts through the end of the year ; Weekly report of actual expen.ditures and enoumbrances to date , compared with the above projections ; and Weekly report of actual receipts to date, compared with the above projection; said reports to commencer on November 5, sg68, covering the status through October 31, with a report on Novem ber 12 covering the status as of Novem ber 8, and weekly thereafter; be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is directed , to send a , copy of �this resolution to the Assistant Egecutive Director of the Ramsey County Wel�are Department.
