�iHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement
described as the FOREST-IVY RFLIEF SEWER SYSTSM, Comptrolleris Contract L-7049,
Peter Lametti Construction Company, Contractor, have been provided for 3n the
Specifications, and
�AS, It has been found necessary to make the following Addition because
the design for Junction Structure No. 1 as detailed in Drawing No. 3795 was based
on the esisting 72 Inch sewer line being a monolithic concrete structure as in-
dicated by the records. However, the existing 72 Inch sewer was found to be con-
structed of segmental tile blocks so that it was necessary to modify the junction
structure in accordance with Drawing No. 3857.
ADDITION
The extra w�ork involved in the modifi.cation of the junction structure
to be done for the lump sum of $1,305.40.
Total Addition $1,305.40

� has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $1,305.40 is the correct sum to
be edded to said contract, therefore be it

RESOLVED, That the Citq of St. gaul through its City Council approves the ` -
foregoing addition made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
$1,305.40, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the
contract, known as Comptroller�s Contract L-7049, and which amount is to be
financed from Capital Improvement Bond Fuad 1967.
