The State of Minnesota�s application for funds under Title I, Sec. 307(b) . of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, embodyying the requests of the City of St. Paul for a portion of such funds has been ' approved by the U. S. La�r Enforcement Assistance Administration. The purpose of this grant agreement is to make those funds available to the City of St. Paul by grant from the Sta-f,e of Minnesota, acting by and • through the St,ate Planning Agency. Tha grant is made upon the basi� of . .the representations made in the State�s application on behalf of the • � City and on the basis of the assurances given in the application, which representatives and assurances are hereby incorporated by reference as . a part of the terr�s and conditions of this agreement, and on such o�ther s�ecial condi.tions as are included herei.n. . The remaining 10� ($2,100) will be made available to grantee (1) upon � its submission to the C�antor of a statement of total program expendi- tures or encumbrances, together witlz supporting information demonstrating . that the expenditures have been made in accordance with the approved , . . prngram and budget and other cariditions"of this agreement; or (2) upon the submission of the audit or certification required by paragraph 3 � bel��. Joint Use of Pro ram E ui ment and Activities - Grantee agrees that equipment purchased, and services provi ed by grant � funds will be made available on mutually acceptable terms, to any law enforcement agency with which Grantee has entered � � into a mutual aid law enforcement agreement.
