RESOLVED, that Joseph Priester be paid the sum of $270.00
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account ot the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of St. Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of January 5 , 1968,
while employed by the Department of Parks and Recreation and
Public Buildings , whereby he suffered a 5� permanent partial
disability for disfigurement of his upper eyelid; that of said
sum, $270 .00 is now due and payable.
