tion, Council File No . 23s655, approved the action of its Sinking j
Fund Committee in establishing amounts for deposits by the City I
in the Commercial State Bank of Saint Paul and accepting ce�tain ;
collateral from said Ban.k as in said Resolution prescribed; and i
WHEREAS, The Sin.king Fund Committee at its meeting of j
September 26, 1968, because of an increase in the amount of City i
deposits in said Bank; took action increasing the maximum deposit °
at said Bank from �200, 000 to �330,000 and providing for an in- �
crease in the collateral required from �220,000 to �370, 000; now, �
therefore, be it ;
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that !
this Council hereby approves the aforementioned action of its
Sinking Fund Committee in. increasing the amount of authorized
City deposits at said Bank to �330, 000 and increasing the amount , '
of . the City� s collateral� requirement to �370,000; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul I
hereby approves transfer to said City from said Bank of the follow-
ing described securities :
�200, 000 U. S. Treasury Bonds; 4-�/8�0, dated July 22,
�g64, maturing November 15 , 1973;

� a of the Assignment of �ecurity Agreement between the said Bank
� � and said City dated May 17, �.g66, are modified so as to effectuate _
the intent of this Resolution; all other terms, provisions and

and effect; be it
� � FINAT,LY RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller is hereby
`= authorized and directed to transmit to the appropriate officer
of said Commercial State Bank a copy of this Resolution.
