W� EAS, e Chase Manhattan Bank, of New York, New
Y , has sub�ted to the Office of the City Comptroller a
Bond, No . 69124, being one of a series of School Acquisition
Bonds , dated June 1, i953, togethe,r with a letter of said Bank
requesting the City to validate two of the attached coupons ,
Coupon No. 32 in the sum of �15 due on the first day of June,,;
�96g, and Coupon No. 33 in. the sum of �15 due on. the first day
' of December, 1g6g, which coupons have been mutilated so that
the name of the City Clerk at the time of issuance of such
series of bonds has been torn off said coupons , and the number
on Coupon No . 33 has also been torn off; now, therefore , be it

RESOLVED, That pursuant to the provisions of Min.nesota �
Statutes 1g67, Chapter 475, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to validate said coupons by the following procedure j
' and in the following manner: the faces of said coupons shall �
' be stamped ��validated" over the signature of the present City �
Comptroller, Joe Mitchell', and the backs of the coupons shall �
be signed by the present .Commissioner of Finance and City i
Treasurer, James J. Dalglish, and the number 33 be inserted j
on the face of that coupon; and be it \ �
FUR.THER RESOLVED, That the City_ Comptrolle.r is hereby �
- authorized and directed to transmit to The Chase Manhattan �
Bank, of New York, New York, together with the aforementioned
Bond, No. 6g�24, a certified copy of this Resolution authoriz—
ing the validating of the aforementioned bond coupons .
