out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of October 27 , 1964,
while in the employ of the Department of Public Works , whereby
_ he suffered a 20� permanent partial disability to his back; and
that $1,575 .00 is now due and payable,� 10� permanent partial
disability to the back having been paid previously.
