In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous
material the Alley in Blk. 4, Lorena Park from Johnson Pkwy.
to Clarence Street. Also construct a sewer for storm water
purposes in the �lley and in Clarence Street, under Preliminary
Order No. 240126, approved September 10, 1968.
' RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter be and
the same are hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded, and all
proceedings in such matter discountinued.
