WHEREAS, Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by
law, the Coun.cil of the City of Saint Paul has met and heard and passed
upon all objections to the proposed assessment by the City in wreckin.gv
and removing the hazardous building located at 252 East Robie Street;\
now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the proposed assessment roll, a copy of which '
is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby in
all respects ratified, accepted and adopted, and shall constitute the
special assessment against the lands named therein; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and is hereby
determined to �be payable in one installment; be it �
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk shall forthwith transmit
a certified copy of this assessment to the Co�nty Auditor to be extended
on the proper tax lists of the coun.ty, and such assessment shall be ' • _
collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes. -
