WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WFi�: St. Paul Public Works has completed a study that indicates a Traffic Signal is justified at the intersection of Montreal Ave. and Edgecumbe Rd.lHamline Ave. The intersection meets signal warrant no. 2, four hour vehicle volume. The City wishes to enter a funding agreement with the Minnesota Depmartment of Transportation. ADVANTAGESIFAPPROVED Instailation of a traffic signal at the intersection wili benefit drivers by improving the operation of the intersection. The intersection is currently controlled by a two way stop. The signal and curb ramps wiii also improve pedestrian safety at the intersection.
