Re: State Project 6242-17 (T.H. 280-280). Layoat relating to the proposed
Location and construction on Trunk Highway 280 from Franklin Avenue to the
Great Northern Railway Bridge. �
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared a Layout for the
., D 0,�, improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 280 renumbered as Trunk
Highway 280 within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul from
Franklin Avenue (Jct. F.A. I. 94) to the G. N. Ry. Co. Bridge; and
WHEREAS, Said Layout is on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Satnt Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
Layout No. 136 S.P. 6242-17 (T.H. 280-280) , f rom Franklin Avenue to G. N.
Ry. Co. Bridge; and
WHEREAS, Copies of said Layout as so marked, labeled, and identified
are also on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, The term "said Layout" as hereinafter used in the body of this
resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and to inc$rporate
the Layout as in the foregoing recitals particularly identiffed and described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That said Layout for the improvement of
Trunk Highway Number 280 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 280 within the
