COMMISSIONE
WHEREAS; In �connection with the construction of Trunk Highway 94
from 0.27 mi. west of White Bear Ave. to 0.18 mi . east of Ruth St. , the
State of Minnesota Department of Highways has agreed to construct certain
utility facilities and,
WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul and the State of Minnesota have entered
into a lltilities Relocation Agreement No. 55843, State Project No. 6283-25,
which provides under Article VI of said agreement for the payment of $53,671 .82
> as the City of St. Paul 's Share of the cost of the sewer relocation, now there-
fore be it,
RESOLVED, That the estimated amount of $53,671 .82 be charged to the
Permanent Improvement Revoiving Fund, Code 6006 and this same f und to be
reimbursed from the City's Share of Local Improvement Fund 0920-701 , in the
amount of $4l+,J15:�U5, and from County Aid Funds in the amount of $9,556.77
and be it, �
, FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sum of $46,340.63 be paid to the Commissioner. of
' Highways as per their invoice no. 50436, "
