WHEREAS, the Council certified and approved the decision of the Legislative Hearing O� cer of July 22,
2003 on Edwazd Cbri 'e's appeal of the Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List dated June 24, 2003 for 276
Exchange Street (Forepa 's Restaurant), and
WHEREAS, the decision of th Legislative Hearing Officer was to grant an extension to August 1, 2004 to bring
to bring the restaurant into comp ' ce with code provisions relating to the approved hood and duct ventilation
above the small kitchen 5yer, if a fi extinguisher remains adjacent to the area and there aze no fires, because of
