RESOLVED, By the Coun.cil of the City of Saint Paul, that the
, use of the Mun.icipal Auditorium Arena (with ice� be granted to the
Saint Paul Figure Skating Club for their 1g6g Upper Great Lakes
Regional Figure Skating Championships December 4, 5 and 6, 1968;
on the basis of 60% of the gate receipts to the Auditorium and `�
40�0 o,f the gate receipts to the Saint Paul Figure Skating Club, with the
said Saint Paul Figure Skating Club to furnish tickets, ticket sellers
and ticket takers; be it

FUR,THER RESOLVED, That saic� hereby granted uses of said Mun.icipal
Auditorium Arena with ice rin.k �acilities , in addition to other
facilities of the same, for the aforesaid purposes and subject to the
aforesaid conditions, shall be subject to the �urther condition that
said Saint Paul Figure Skating Club shall be liable to fully indemnify
and hold harmless said Municipal Auditorium from and against all
liability on account of all claims for injury to person or property
connected with or arising from said use and to procure and maintain,
at said Saint Paul Figure Skating Club' s own cost and expense, public
casualty liability insurance covem�.g said Club and said Auditorium, as
insureds, in form approved by the Corporation Gounsel, and fully
indemn.ify them, and �each of them, against liability on account of any
such claim for da.mage on account of injury to p_erson or property

Auditorium hereunder, in respect of claims for the recovery of
per.sonal injuries, in the amount of �500,000.00 on account of any
one accident and in the amount of �150,000.00 on account of injury

on accoun.t of injury to property in the amoun.t of �100,000.00 on account
of any one accident and in the amount of �50, 000.00 on accoun.t of any
one claim. -
