WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has entered into a Code Enforce-
ment Contract with the United States of America (C.F. 239594) . This contract
is for the purpose of revitalizing and upgrading that area of St. Paul known
as Census Tracts 9 and 10. Included in the contract are provision for a thorough
investigation of the area with respect to the city building and city housing
codes, and assistance to individuals in an effort to bring all dwellings up
to these code standards.
WHEREAS, This program shall be financed by both �'ederal monies
and City of St. Paul monies.
RESOLVED, That a special Revenue Fund be established to be known

' � } as "Census Tracts 9 and 10 - Operating". All receipts from any source for this
portion of the program shall be deposited to this fund; all expenditures for
the above purpose shall be ma.de from this fund.
RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller shall assign �.n account number
to this fund.
