' WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul, pursuant
to� resolution, C. F. No. 239655, approved August 1, 1968, found
and determined that that structure located at 662 East Sigth Street,
_ Saint Paul, Minnesota, constituted a hazardous building as defined
� by Minnesota Statutes Section 463. 15 and directed that the owner
of the said hazardous building repair or wreck and remove the said
stru.cture; and ,
WHEREAS, The City Architect of the City of Saint Paul has
reported to the City Coun.cil that the said structure at 662 East
Sixth Street has been wrecked and removed by the own.er and recommends
that the Coun.cil discontinue and dismiss all actions taken hereto—
fore; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That C. F. No. 239655, approved August l, 1968,
pertaining to the hazardous building located at 662 East Sigth
Street be and the same is hereby repsaled and all actions taken by
the City Gouncil pertaining thereto rescinded.
