A public hearing having been had upon the assessment for the above
improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the
Council, and having been considered finally satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED,That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all
respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the said assessment be and it is hereby
determined to be payable in twentv equal installments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City Departments are authorized
to pay the construction costs from Account Activity No. CO3-1T025.

Please accept this letter as our third request for reimbursement for fire suppression work
at 180 East Fifth Street. The second floor is totally finished and has been approved by the
Dept of Fire and Safety. As backup I have attached a revised copy of the schedule of
values for the project, invoice for coordination of the project by Frauenshuh Companies
and a copy of the e-mail from Chris Cahill verifying the work has been completed and
approved by his office. The total amount of our request is $135,450.00.

It is my understanding, in talking to NorthStar Fire Protection, that the Second floor of
180 East Fifth Street has been inspected and signed off on as being complete by your
office. 2 have attached a Schedule of Values outlining the completion of the second floor
Fire Suppression System as well as a copy of the cover letter requesting reimbursement. If
all looks in order please approve and Z will send the paper work to the city for
processing. If there is a problem I would appreciate your comments so the deficiency can
be corrected.
