WHEREAS, A radio transmitter and receiver was stolen from
the Saint Paul Public Library truck while it was in for repairs at
the Midway Ford Company on January 30, 1967; and
W�REAS, A new radio transmitter and receiver has been
ordered to replace the equipment stolen at a total cost of Six
Hun.dred Twenty—Two Dollars (�622.00) ; and
WFIEREAS, The City of Saint Paul will seek compensation
for the depreciated value of such radio transmitter and receiver
from the Midway Ford Company; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller is hereby directed
to make ayment in the amount of Six Hun.dred Twenty—Two Dollars
(�622.00� to Motorola Communications and Electronics, Inc. , and to
charge Library Fun.d 3420-80'7 for said amoun.t�
