WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtima wnrk, and
WI-IEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the. period from September 7, 1968
to September 20, 1968: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
employees who performed such overtime wo�k in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinances No. 6446 and N.o. 3250.
