COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONE DATF
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium
and Civic Buildings that the Minnesota Soccer Association is hereby
granted a permit to use the Mun.icipal Stadium for two night soccer
ga.mes beginning at 6:30 p.m. on September 28 and October lg, 1968,
subject to the following terms, provisions and conditions:
l. The permittee shall pay to the Commissioner
of Libraries, Auditorium and Civic Buildings,
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, the sum
of Two Hundred Dollars (�200) per night, which
sum shall be due and payable on or before
September 28 and October 19, 1968, respectively;
2. The permittee shall pay the City for the cost
of all utilities used during these two nights
at the Municipal Stadium;
3. The permittee shall provide, at his own. expense,
all help and other requisite services required
on these two dates; •
4. The permittee shall furnish to the City of -
Saint Paul a copy of a policy of insurance
issued to said permittee and the City of - .
Saint Paul as joint–insureds, which policy '
shall provide for public liability insurance �
coverage for all damages arising out of
bodily injuries to or death of one person,
and subject to the same limit for each person.
in a total of not less than Three Hundred
Thousand Dollars (�300, 000.00) on account
of any one accident, and property damage

subject to the approval of the Corporation
Counsel, and upon approval by him shall be
filed with the Comptroller of the City of
Saint Paul;
5. The agreement contemplated by this resolution
shall be effective upon the filing by the
Minnesota Soccer Association of a letter
- directed to the City Clerk agreeing to be -
bound by the terms, provision.s and condi- �
tions of this resolution, together with the f
filing of the policy of insurance, the letter �
and policy of insurance to be filed on or
before the 28th day of September, 196s. ,
