COMMISSIONE
WHEREAS, Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the
improvement described as the Ornamental Lighting and Traffic Signal on ,
K�Ilogg Blvd. from Sjbley St. to Seven Corners, Comptroller's Contract
L-6915, Hunt Electric Corp., �ontractor have been provided for in the
' specifications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following deduction:
DEDUCT sfgnal relocation work at the Northwest corner of Kellogg
Blvd. and Robert St: due to the postponement of the widening of Kellogg
Blvd. and Robert St. $225.00�
WHEREAS, The total deduction is $225.00 now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul , through its City Council
approves the foregoing deduction made in accordance with the specifications
in the sum of $225.00 said amount to be deducted from the lump sum '
consideration named in the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract
L-6915 and said deduction is to be credited to the amount financed from
M.S.A. Suspense Funds.
The Commissioner of Public Works �,has agreed with the above named '
' contractor that the sum of $225.00 is the correct amount to be deducted
- from the above contract.
