WHEREAS, the below- escribed land is tax-forfeited, and
therefore available to the City for playground purposes; and
WHEREAS the City desires to acquire said lands for the above
mentioned playground purpose� now therefore be it
RESOLVED by the Council for the City of St. Paul that the proper '
City officials are hereby authorized to submit an application, under
Min.nesota Statutes Section 282. O1, sub. 1, for a conveyance to the
City of St. Paul of the following described lands for use as a public
playground:
Lot 11, Block 1, Beaver Street vacated between Blocks 1 and 2,
and (Except part included in George J. Flint's Addition) Lot 2,
Block 2, all in Edmund Rice's Second Addition; Lots 18 , 19, 20,
and (Subject to Trunk Highway No: 10) Lot 22, Auditor's Subdi-
' vision No. 8; and Lot 9, George J. Flint's Addit�on.
