Department of Public Safety, to WESTLUND CONSTRIICTION COMPANY for the contract price of
$19,999.00, in accordance with City apecificationa therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid �3154 of aaid Weatlund Construction Com�any, auch bid being the loweat and
aaid bidder being a reaaonable and reliable one, and the Corporation Counsel be and
herebq _�is authorized to draft the proper form of contract therefor and the proper
City officiala are hereby directed to execute aaid cotttract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul. °
