WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul has secured a Deed of
Gift conveying_ to the City property described as follows:
That part of the South one half of the Southeast
. one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of
' • Section 17, Town. 28, Range 23, in the City of �
St. Paul, State of Minnesota described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of Section
17 which point is 1280. 54 feet South of the
intersection of the present South line of Ford
Road with the said East line of Section 17 ;
thence west at right angles with the said East
line of Section 17 a distance of 671.40 feet
to a point; thence South and parallel with the
said East line of Section 17 a distance of
;�, 250.00 feet to a point; thence East and parallel
with the first course of the land herein des--
cribed, 671.40 feet to a point in the said
East line of Section 17; thence North along the _
said East line of Section 17 a distanoe of
250.00 feet to the point of beginning. Con-

to the rights acquired by the C�.i.ty of St. Paul

things necessary a,nd proper in order to complete the acceptance by
the City of the Deed of Gift as aforesaid.
