of said A. SHELGREN & SON INC. , such bid being the lowest meeting
specifications and said A. SHELGREN & SON INC. being a reasonable
and reliable bidder a.nd the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor, a.�d the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
